Fundamentally, they are public quests that occur randomly across Eorzea; substantially akin to FF14 Gil‘s lively events. Just by opening up your map, you are going to see any that are now active, there planned degree, and remaining length. There are many different FATEs – some require you to kill waves of enemies, conquer one giant boss-like creature, defend an NPC and gather objects.

Depending on the amount of input a FATE, you will be awarded with a bronze, silver, or gold decoration, together with scaling Gil and experience. You can also participate in a FATE even when you’re over the suggested level; if you’re over five levels beforehand, you’ll be required to sync your level down to have the ability to reap any type of reward.

Guildhests are nothing to be frightened of. When you’re level 10, you will unlock your initial one, which can be accessed via the Duty Finder. They are similar to dungeons, so they require a party to finish, but often just focus on a single objective. Apart from a big one-time bonus for completing Guildhests for the first time, they’re primarily meant to instruct new MMO players on functioning together, and about their roles of tanking, DPS and recovery.

Ultimately we come to Guildleves – they are another title for repeatable quests. There are various types of these quests: Battlecraft Leves are quests involving dispatching enemies, and also have the option to get their difficulty increased for greater rewards. Tradecraft Leves require one to hand in specific crafted items, and in the event the buy gil player hands in high quality items the encounter benefit is doubled. Fieldcraft Leves give players the job of collecting materials within a certain time limit. You only have a small allowance of Levequests – gamers gain three adjustments every 12 hours, piling up to 100.
